Seeking Input on Brand Trust
Anyone who has read, written or experienced anything exciting, different and helpful on the topic of brand trust and corporate reputation please share your thoughts. Clearly we have entered a new world with new rules. What does it mean to large institutions when everyone has a camera in their pocket and they can publish what they see, hear and experience on a website immediately for global consumption? What is credibility against an environment when so few trust our corporations? What activies build trust the most? What works? What doesn’t?
As someone having been involved in CSR and corporate strategy for decades these topics are near and dear to my heart and also topics that require constant attention since the field is moving along with a quite rapid and fascinating pace.
